Most of the companies in this report use calendar fiscal years, so even without what for most was a revenue bump this spring, sales increased for about half and many also improved profits. Specifically, 45 of these 100 companies saw sales increases in whatever fiscal year just ended for them. Only 13 reported decreases (the rest were within +/-5%).
